Holes Recognition Parameters


HR_Segment Variables

These variables are relative to Machineable Feature, the definitions are in the context of the M_Feature Set.

Each HR_Segm Variable definition applies to both the upper Segment (HR_Segm1_) and the lower segment (HR_Segm2_) equally. The definition is the same, only the value is specific to the Individual segment.

  • HR_Segm_Upper_Plane (Segm1 & Segm2)

Absolute Z Value of the Upper Level of the geometry segment in the Feature Set MAC/Pos

  • HR_ Segm_Lower_Plane (Segm1 & Segm2)

Absolute Z Value of the Lower Level of the geometry segment in the Feature Set MAC/Pos

  • HR_Segm_Diameter (Segm1 & Segm2)

Real Number Value of the Diameter of the Segment.

For Cones and Chamfers this should be the same as the Max_Diameter

  • HR_Segm_Max_Diameter (Segm1 & Segm2)

Real Number Value of the Maximum Diameter of the Geometry Segment

  • HR_Segm_Min_Diameter (Segm1 & Segm2)

Real Number Value of the Minimum Diameter of the Geometry Segment

  • HR_Segm_Depth (Segm1 & Segm2)

If the HR_Feature_Part_Upper_Level is less than or equal to 0, then this is the Real Number representing the distance from the Z=0 of the M_Feature Set MAC/Pos to the HR_ Segm_Lower_Plane (Positive Value)

If the HR_Feature_Part_Upper_Level is greater than 0.00, then this is the Real Number representing the distance from the HR_Feature_Part_Upper_Level to the hr_Segm_lower_plane (Positive Value)

  • HR_Segm_Height (Segm1 & Segm2)

Real Number value representing the distance from the hr_segm_upper_plane to the hr_segm_lower_plane (Positive Value)

  • HR_Segm_Type (Segm1 & Segm2)

Indexed Integer value for the particular “Type” of Geometry Segment

  • HR_Segm_Angle (Segm1 & Segm2)

Real Number Value of the included angle of the conic shape

  • HR_Segm_Color (Segm1 & Segm2)

RGB Definition of the Segment Color (Subordinate to the M_Feature_Color)
