Defaults

This section includes default settings that you can define and change for various parameters.

Gouge check for 2.5D Milling operations

This option enables you to control the gouge checking parameters at the system level.

If you select this option, each 2.5D Milling operation you add to your project will automatically have the Check gauges during calculation option chosen in the Miscellaneous page.

Update turning material boundary in milling operation

This option enables you to set the default state of the Update material boundary check box located in the Misc. parameters page of the milling operation dialog box.

When this option is selected, all new milling operations in Mill-Turn CAM-parts will have the check box selected and consequently update the material boundary for following turning operations.

When this option is not selected, the Update material boundary check box in the Misc. parameters page will be cleared, and the material boundary will not be updated.
