Names

In the Geometry Names tab, SolidCAM enables you to define and use default names for all geometry types.

When a new geometry is defined, the default name is displayed in the geometry definition dialog box. You can either confirm or change it. If the default name is already used for a previously defined geometry, SolidCAM offers you the default name with the next sequential number.

 

In the Other Names tab, SolidCAM enables you to define default names for Setup and Split.
