Working area

In iMachining 3D, a Working area can be used to limit the machining to certain areas of the 3D Model. The working area geometry is defined by a closed chain, which can consist either of selected points or of 2D/3D edges, curves or splines.

By clicking Define in the Working area section, the Working Area dialog box is displayed.

This dialog box enables you to access and use the following functionality:

• Cut only the Rest material
• Working area
• Tool on working area
