Setup menu
The Setup menu enables you to manage an existing setup and the operations related to it.

In the CAM Manager, right-click the Setup subheader. The following commands are available:
Add Operations from Process Template
Edit
This command enables you to view or change the parameters of the selected Setup. When you choose this command, the Machine setup dialog box is displayed enabling you to change the parameters.
Calculate All
This command enables you to Calculate All the operations in the selected Setup.
GCode All
This command enables you to generate and display the GCode for all the operations in the selected Setup.
Generate Tool Sheet
This command enables you to summarize the CAM-Part information by generating a Tool Sheet documentation for the selected setup in DOCX, HTML, RTF or XLS format. Using the mouse in combination with the Ctrl key you can generate the Tool Sheet for several Setup's together.
Calculate & GCode All
This command enables you to calculate all the operations in the selected Setup and produce the GCode.
Simulate
This command enables you to Simulate the tool path for all the operations in the selected Setup.
Check Synchronization
This command enables you to check for synchronization of the coordinate systems and fixtures geometry.
Synchronize
This option enables you to synchronize fixtures geometries and coordinate systems, if necessary.
Delete
This command enables you to delete the selected Setup.
Add Probe Operation
This command enables you to add a new Probe measurement to the selected Setup.

Add Milling Operation
This command enables you to add a new milling operation to the selected Setup.

This command is available only for Mill-Turn related CAM-Parts. |
Add Turning Operation
This command enables you to add a new turning operation to the selected Setup.
Add Machine Control Operation
This command enables you to add a Machine Control Operation for the selected Setup.
Add Operation from Template
This command enables you to add an operation from template.
Add Operation from Process Template
This command enables you to insert the operation templates contained in a process template into the selected Setup and convert them into regular SolidCAM operations.
Add Machining Process
This command enables you to use a previously created Machining Process in the selected Setup.
