ToolBox Cycles Operation

ToolBox Cycles operation is a collection of 2.5D Milling operations, and each one of them is intended for a specific machining case. For example, a number of operations cover different strategies of the counterbore machining. Every operation provides you with a specific machining strategy optimal for a particular machining case.

The Technology section of the ToolBox Cycles Operation dialog box enables you to choose the strategy for your machining case.

When you click this section, the ToolBox Cycles dialog box is displayed offering you the choice of machining strategies.

The following machining cases can be covered by the ToolBox sub-operations:

• Spiral open slot

• Spiral open slot wide

• Spiral closed slot wide

• Additional Zigzag Slot

• Simple slot

• Roll into open slot

• Closed slot

• Spine slot

• Temporary Bridges

• Simple corner

• Broaching

• Roll into closed slot

• Simple multi-bosses

• One side open slot

• Ruled surface

• O-Ring

• Flattened surface on cylinder

• Rib cut

• Flattened surface on corner

• Simple Boss

• Spiral pocket

• Wood cutting

• Angled cylinder

• Thin wall machining

All of these operations are combined as sub-operations in a single dialog box.
